China and Japan will co-host the fourth China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair (CISMEF) and Japan will participate as the honor host, organizer has said.
The fourth CISMEF will be held in Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center of China's southern Guangdong province from Sept. 15 to Sept. 18, said Liu Xiaojie, director of CISMEF's Promotion Office.

Fuel surcharges on routes longer than 800 kilometers rose to 140 yuan (US$20.44) from 90 yuan, and those on shorter routes climbed to 80 yuan from 60 yuan.
Passengers flying on domestic routes will have to pay higher fuel surcharges from today (May 26) as airlines seek to offset the rising fuel costs.
